Yes. Works are authentic and typically include documentation when available (e.g., certificate of authenticity or gallery-issued documentation). If you need documentation for a specific piece, contact us before purchase and we’ll confirm what’s included.
We photograph each piece as accurately as possible, but slight variations can happen due to screen settings and lighting. If you’d like extra photos, close-ups, or a short video, message us and we’ll send more references.
Absolutely. Send us a photo of your wall/room, the approximate space available (width/height), and your preferred style/colors. We can suggest pieces and sizes that fit well.
Yes, for select artists. Share your idea, preferred size, budget range, and timeline. We’ll confirm availability and guide you through the commission process.
Processing time depends on the piece and packaging needs. In general: Mexico 2–5 business days after dispatch; USA/Canada/Europe 5–12 business days after dispatch. Large or framed works may require additional handling time.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination, package size/weight, and insurance value. If you’re purchasing multiple works, contact us for a combined quote when possible.
Yes, shipments are packaged with care and insured when applicable. Please inspect the package upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours with photos of the outer box, inner packaging, and the artwork so we can file a claim with the carrier and help resolve it.
We ship internationally to many destinations. Any customs fees, taxes, or import duties are the buyer’s responsibility and may be collected by the carrier or local customs office on delivery.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help, but because artworks can be one-of-one and may be dispatched quickly, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed.
